Prices

The prices listed in the online store are in € (euro) and include all tax charges (24%, 13% or 6% VAT) except shipping costs. Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are displayed during the order period, while they are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected products.

ifos.com.gr retains the right to modify the prices applied to its products at any time, but is committed to apply the prices stated in the online store at the time of your order.

Availability

Please note that we process your order within our available stock. In case one of our products is out of stock, we are committed to contact you by email or telephone within 2 working days from the date of the order placed, to inform you of the deadline within, which the product can be delivered to you.

In addition, the availability of products is indicated and not binding.

Delivery – shipping methods

The shipments of the products are made with ACS Courier and there is the possibility of payment by cash on delivery. The shipping cost is charged to the customer. The time of dispatch of the products, shall be the following working day. If your order is placed before 12 pm, it will be packed within the day, subject to the product ordered being available in stock. Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the products you choose.

The delivery deadlines mentioned in ifos.com.gr are indicative and may be modified. ifos.com.gr cannot be held liable for the consequences of a delay in delivering or losing your parcel on the part of the carrier. If the parcel is not received within the deadlines indicated, an inquiry shall be made to the carrier and shall last for up to 15 days. During this period, no compensation or reshipment can take place.

Upon receipt of your order, you must check that the products correspond to your order and point out any anomaly via e-mail at info@ifos.com.gr or through your control area if you are a registered customer, on the same day or at the latest, one day after receiving your order. Any request made outside this time limit will not be accepted and relieves ifos.com.gr from any liability to the customer. The return of the products will only be accepted for products in their original state, with their original packaging. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. We would like to inform you that there is a possibility of a 24-hour delay, regarding the delivery of your parcel. Indeed, for security reasons, all orders paid by credit card are verified by ifos.com.gr. Additional information may be requested, or required to validate your purchase. Therefore, to avoid any delay, we invite you to place your order using:

• A fixed phone (work or home) number so we can contact you at any time.

We are sorry for the inconvenience we are causing you, however these measures demonstrate our willingness to protect our customers from possible credit card fraud.

Payment methods

ifos.com.gr places three means of payment at your disposal:

After completing your order, you will receive an e-mail including a confirmation receipt of the order. This email is not a shipping confirmation! The shipping confirmation will be sent to you as soon as the product is ready for shipment or received from the store.

The products you ordered are kept in the store for 5 days. If you do not receive the products within the specified time, the order is canceled.

Bank deposit

For payment by bank transfer, the transfer must be deposited with a bank within 2 days from the date of registration of the order. Beyond this limit, the order will be canceled. Allow around 2-3 days from the time of deposit to arrive the bank transfer to ifos.com.gr.

Therefore, the delivery takes place within 7-8 working days from the payment date of the transfer. The amount of the bank commission is borne by the Customer. The necessary bank details of the account to which you have to carry out your transfer shall be made known at the completion of your order.

Once the exact amount is deposited in one of the above accounts you can send us the transaction number at info@ifos.com.gr and your order will be executed immediately.

Cash on delivery

By choosing the cash on delivery as a method of payment, you will receive your order with ACS Courier and pay the price of your order to the employee.

You can make your purchases in ifos.com.gr directly and quickly using credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.

ifos.com.gr does not have access to your bank data, and does not store information about your bank or your debit or credit card. Therefore, please enter the details about your payment in each order you place in us. ifos.com.gr does not guarantee the security of your personal information entered for the execution of the online transaction and will not be liable for any damages or losses (direct or indirect) that will be incurred by a member whose card is used illegally or is used in an unauthorized manner.

Paypal is the most well-known and reliable intermediary for Online transactions. Cancellations

ifos.com.gr has a mechanism to cancel an order (in full or in part) that has already been registered. For any cancelation of an order (in whole or in part) you can also send an e-mail to info@ifos.com.gr. This option is offered to you until the moment we inform you of the shipment of your order. At this point in time, cancelation is not possible.

Return policy

Only the return of products in excellent condition in their original packaging with full content will be accepted. Please note that the customer is charged for the shipping costs, when the product is shipped (the product is shipped under the responsibility of the customer).

We advise you to return the product as a registered parcel and to choose any shipment of declared value that represents the cost of the products you ship. This is necessary in case of theft or loss of transportation services. In any case, the return is done under the responsibility of the customer.

Any damaged product or damaged packaging will not receive compensation. If the returned product is incomplete or damaged, a price reduction will be applied.

Each coupon can be used only once. You can use the coupons for your next order or give them to a friend.

You can use only one coupon in each order. In case of coupon redemption and consequent cancellation of the order, the value of the coupon is not refunded, either in partial or in total cancellation.

ifos.com.gr reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms, as well as to shorten or extend the duration of the action or to cancel it for any reason.

Coupons are valid for a certain period of time and will not be accepted for redemption after the expiration date on each coupon.
